Number of Demands. Subject to Section 2.8, the Company shall only be obligated under this Section 2 to effect an aggregate of three (3) Demand Registrations for any and all Holders, unless the Company breaches its obligations under Sections 2.2, 2.3 or 5.2(b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g)(iii), (g)(iv), (i), (j), (k), (l) and (m).
