Effect of Notices. A notice shall be deemed to take effect from the day it is actually received or, if received after 5pm at the place of delivery or on a day that is not a Business Day, the next Business Day after receipt.

If any such transaction is so abandoned, the Other Stockholders and JLL Building Products shall continue to be subject to the terms of this Article III with respect to the Shares included in such Sale Notice or Purchase Notice.
Effect of Notices. Any notice required to be given by Lessor pursuant to Sections 13.1.1 through and including 13.1.3 shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, any notice required under Section 1161 of the California Code of Civil Procedure.
