As referred to in Clause 3.3 and Clause 5.4 details of entitlements, if any, the Share Farmer should be described in detail in TABLE D. The division of these support payments is set out in Clause F TABLE E PART 1 TABLE setting out Livestock owned by the parties before commencement of the Agreement and their agreed market value. As referred to in Clause 8.5 details regarding the shares in which livestock are to be owned once the agreement takes effect should be set out in detail in TABLE E PART 2. As stated in clause 8.5 any balancing payment arising is to be made on signature of the agreement. This should be recorded adequately in writing.
