Number of Licenses. The terms of this XXXX are based on the use of the Software for the purchased number of licenses. Luware shall be entitled to invoice additional license fees should the number of users of the Software regularly or permanently exceed the number of purchased licenses. The additional fees are determined based on the then-current list price of the Software.
