Common use of Number of Opportunities Clause in Contracts

Number of Opportunities. Awarding of Opportunities will be at the discretion of the Company depending upon staffing needs and taking into consideration the size of the office. The maximum number of participants including Spares and P/Us involved in Job Sharing will be 10% of permanent positions (excluding P/U positions.) This maximum number may be increased upon mutual agreement.
