Common use of Number of Performance Shares Clause in Contracts

Number of Performance Shares. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Plan, the Company grants to the Grantee an Award of 51,419 Performance Shares (as defined in the Plan) subject to vesting under Section 2(a) (the “Performance Shares”).

Number of Performance Shares. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Plan, the Company grants to the Grantee an Award of 51,419 19,135 Performance Shares (as defined in the Plan) subject to vesting under Section 2(a) 2 (the “Stretch Performance Shares” or “Performance Shares”). The price of the Performance Shares granted shall be determined using the closing price of a Share on the date immediately preceding the Date of Grant.

Number of Performance Shares. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Plan, the Company grants to the Grantee an Award of 51,419 30,851 Performance Shares (as defined in the Plan) subject to vesting under Section 2(a) (the “Performance Shares”).

Number of Performance Shares. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Plan, the Company grants to the Grantee an Award of 51,419 125,000 Performance Shares (as defined in the Plan) subject to vesting under Section 2(a) 2 (the “Performance Shares”).

Number of Performance Shares. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Plan, the Company grants to the Grantee an Award of 51,419 75,000 Performance Shares (as defined in the Plan) subject to vesting under Section 2(a) 2 (the “Performance Shares”).
