The number of positions to be posted by the City for “On Duty” status will shall not exceed a total of twenty-five four (2524) for all work units combined and no more than fourteenfourteen (14) from any one work unit. This list will be used for all short notice events outside of snow removal season. “On Duty” positions shall be filled by qualified bargaining unit members (by job classification and work unit) then to non-union that are qualified.
