Emergency Action on Imports of Particular Products Where any product is being imported in such increased quantities and under such conditions as to cause, or threaten to cause:
Loss Leader Prohibition If this Agreement involves the purchase of goods, this section is applicable. Contractor shall not sell or use any article or product as a “loss leader” as defined in Section 17030 of the Business and Professions Code.

Title and Characteristics of Property Seller, as of the date of execution of this Agreement, owns the Property in fee simple and has marketable and good title of public record and, in fact, the Property at Closing shall have the title status as described in Section VIII of this Agreement.
WORK STOPPAGES, SECONDARY BOYCOTTS, AND JURISDICTIONAL DISPUTES 16.1 There will be during the term of this Agreement and as to any work covered hereby, no slowdown, no stoppage of work, no strike and no lockout, it being the good faith and intention of the parties hereto that by the execution of this Agreement, industrial peace shall be brought about and maintained, that the parties shall cooperate to the end that work may be done efficiently and without interruption. In the case of any violation of this Agreement the Employer and the Union shall be notified immediately.

Limitations on Frequency and Dollar Amounts of Transactions We impose certain limitations on the number or dollar amount of transactions you can make with your Card. For security reasons, we may further limit the number or dollar amount of transactions you can make with your Card.
