Event Space. Appropriate Event Space will be assigned to suit the specific requirements of the University’s Event. Due to the possibility of changes in the number of attendees, Hotel reserves the right to reassign all meeting space if the number of attendees is changed.
Event Space. The University hereby grants the Licensee and its Group Participants permission to use the Event Space solely for the use specified and for the date(s) and times indicated in the Reservation Confirmation. The Licensee shall not be entitled to store items of personal property in the Event Space unless an exception is applied for in advance, in writing and granted in writing by the University. The University shall not be liable for loss of or damage to such stored items. The Licensee may erect signs outside of the Event Space with the condition that all signage is to be taken down immediately following the conclusion of the event. Any food served in the Event Space must be communicated to the Summer Housing Office as part of the contracting provider. When applicable only approved vendors may be used. The Licensee is responsible for any additional charges incurred as a result of food service in Event Spaces including but not limited to housekeeping fees. The Licensee is responsible for returning the event space in acceptable condition including room setup, trash removal, and without damage to the space.
Event Space. Banquet and meeting facilities will be assigned by the hotel to accommodate the program outline requested by the group. The hotel reserves the right to move functions to other meeting/banquet rooms other than those appearing on the catering contract with prior notification. Function rooms are available no earlier or later than the time stated on your contract unless prior arrangements have been made with the sales and catering office. Should your event extend beyond the original agreed-upon time of conclusion, you will be subject to an additional per hour labor charge. If a change from the original room set-up is requested on the day of the function, an additional $125.00 minimum labor charge will be added to the banquet check. Hotel reserves the right to inspect and monitor all private parties, meetings, receptions, weddings, etc. being held on the premises.
Event Space. The rental fee for The Illges House, LLC allows the Renter to utilize the first floor of the home, the front porch, rear courtyard, and the front lawn. The Upstairs Rooms, ie Bride Suite and Groom Rooms and Two Carriage House Apartments can be used for additional charge. See Below Brides Suite Consists of 2 Bedrooms, Former Sleeping Porch, Full Bath, Makeup and Hair Areas. Groom Room can be either Downstairs Library with Full Bath or one of the Carriage House Apartments.
Event Space. The rental fee for The Xxxxxxxx allows the Renter to utilize the first floor of the home, the front porch, and the front lawn. The Renter understands that the basement is a restaurant that operates seven (7) days per week. The Renter agrees to accept The Xxxxxxxx in its "as-is" condition "with all faults".
Event Space. Based upon the selected package in Addendum I, the Lodge agrees to rent the designated space to Customer, and Customer agrees to rent the designated space from The Lodge, on the terms and subject to the conditions contained in this Agreement.
Event Space. The University reserves the right to reasonably reassign the event to other suitable space. The University shall immediately notify the Licensee in writing of its intention to reassign.
Event Space. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx House Museum. The Event space includes: the Drawing Room, Dining Room, Terrace, and Garden only. The Gallery, Library, Solarium, and Dugout are open for guests. The Garden must be tented for this Event.
Event Space. Subject to compliance with the applicable provisions of the Lease, applicable Laws and to the provisions of this Section 39, Subtenant shall have the right to exclusively utilize the Heritage Room (and Atrium) on the 9th floor of the Prime Leased Premises or the Dining Facility (and terrace spaces) on the 23rd floor Prime Leased Premises (either such space, as applicable, the “Event Space”; any such utilization, a “Subtenant Event”) at Sublandlord’s standard rate therefor (the “Event Rate”) (which Event Rate shall be the then prevailing market rate for such Event Space as reasonably determined by Sublandlord, and which, as of the date hereof, is $25,000.00 per event, inclusive of base cleaning and turnover) and in connection with any such Subtenant Event, Subtenant shall have the right to use any audio/visual equipment associated with the Event Space at a reasonable rate reasonably agreed upon by Sublandlord and Subtenant. Subtenant may exercise such right, from time to time, in a notice to Sublandlord (a “Subtenant Event Notice”), given at least thirty (30) days prior to the date of such Subtenant Event, which Subtenant Event Notice shall specify the proposed date and time for the Subtenant Event, description of the Subtenant Event and expected number of attendees; provided that Sublandlord shall have the right to cancel a Subtenant Event on notice to Subtenant, at least twenty-one (21) days prior to the scheduled date of such Subtenant Event in any case in which Sublandlord shall be using the applicable Event Space on the date specified in the Subtenant Event Notice, in which case Sublandlord and Subtenant shall reasonably cooperate to find a mutually agreed upon date for such Subtenant Event. Sublandlord acknowledges that Subtenant intends to have approximately fifteen (15) Subtenant Events at the Event Space per calendar year in order to accommodate Subtenant’s town-hall meetings and other events, and, subject to Sublandlord’s needs to use the Event Space, the parties shall reasonably cooperate to enable Subtenant to use the Event Space as needed by Subtenant for such town-hall meetings and other events. Sublandlord shall promptly repair all damage to the Event Space and other portions of the Prime Leased Premises in either case caused by Subtenant’s use of the Event Space, including, without limitation, moving and removing materials, supplies and other property to and from the Event Space. Event Space. The Parties acknowledge that the Building contains an area for the holding of group meetings, receptions or other similar events. Landlord agrees that such area will be made available by Tenant and invitees of Tenant for such purposes. Landlord agrees that Tenant shall have the right to use the event space at no charge to Tenant. Tenant agrees that the use by any invitees of Tenant will be pursuant to a use agreement between Tenant and the invitees in a form approved by Landlord. Any revenue received by Tenant in connection with the event space shall belong to Tenant.
