Common use of Number of Shares and Option Price Clause in Contracts

Number of Shares and Option Price. The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right and option to purchase from the Company on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, all or any part of an aggregate of the number of shares of the Common Stock, without par value, of the Company [hereinafter called the "Stock"] set forth above. The purchase price of the Stock subject to this Option shall be the Option Price per share set forth above.
