Common use of Number of Shares, Exercise Clause in Contracts

Number of Shares, Exercise. The number of Shares for which the Time Vesting Option and the Cliff Vesting Option may be exercised are set forth above. To the extent this Option has become vested in accordance with Sections 3 and 4 below, the Option may be exercised at any time until the Expiration Date, subject to the terms of the Plan and of Section 8 below.
