Common use of Number of Shares; Option Price Clause in Contracts

Number of Shares; Option Price. Pursuant to said action of the Board of Directors, the Company hereby grants to Optionee, in consideration of consulting services to be performed for the benefit of the Company, the option ("Option") to purchase up to 350,000 shares ("Option Shares") of Common Stock of the Company, as follows: (a) options to purchase up to 250,000 Option Shares at the exercise price of $0.25 per share, and (b) options to purchase up to 100,000 Option Shares at the exercise price of $1.00 per share.
