Common use of NUMBER OF TAXICABS Clause in Contracts

NUMBER OF TAXICABS. (a) The Company agrees that the number of Ottawa licensed taxicabs operating under the Blue Line roof sign shall not exceed five hundred and forty-two (542) to be serviced by the telephone number 000-0000 The Company shall use its best efforts to acquire new business. It is agreed during the life of this Agreement the number of accessible taxicabs operating under the Blue Line roof sign (Ottawa Division) will not exceed twenty-five (25) accessible taxicabs.
