Number of Trustees. The number of Trustees as of the date of this Trust Instrument is eleven (11). The Trustees serving as such from time to time may, by resolution of a majority thereof, increase or decrease the number of Trustees, provided, however, that the number of Trustees shall not be decreased to less than three (3).
