Number of Trustees. The original number of Trustees shall be three (3). The Trustees serving as such from time to time may, by resolution of a majority thereof, increase or decrease the number of Trustees, provided, however, that the number of Trustees shall not be decreased to less than three (3). No decrease in the number of Trustees shall have the effect of removing any Trustee from office prior to the expiration of such Trustee’s term, but the number of Trustees may be decreased in conjunction with the removal of a Trustee in accordance with Section 3.2(b).
