Number of Users. Customer shall not Use, or permit the Use of, any Licensed Products by more than the maximum number of Users specified in the applicable Order Form (as the same may be adjusted pursuant to an Order Form amendment or supplement or Sections 3.3 and 4.4 hereof), whether or not such Users are actively Using the Licensed Products at the same time.
