Common use of Number, Qualifications and Designation Clause in Contracts

Number, Qualifications and Designation. The officers of the Company shall be a president, one or more vice presidents, a secretary, a treasurer, and such other officers as may be elected in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.3. Officers may but need not be Managers or Members of the Company. The president and secretary shall be natural persons of full age. The treasurer may be a corporation, but if a natural person, shall be of full age. The Managers may elect from among the Managers a chairman and a vice chairman who shall be officers of the Company. Any number of offices may be held by the same person.

The Managers directors may elect from among the Managers members of the board of directors a chairman of the board and a vice chairman of the board who shall be officers of the Companycorporation. Any number of offices may be held by the same person.
