Number, Qualifications and Designation. The officers of the corporation shall be chosen by the board of directors and shall include a president, a secretary, a treasurer (and in addition may include one or more vice presidents) and such other officers as may be elected in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.03 of this Article V. Any number of offices may be held by the same person. Officers may, but need not, be directors or stockholders of the corporation. The board of directors may elect from among the members of the board a chairman of the board and a vice chairman of the board who shall be officers of the corporation.
