Numbers and Legends on Notes. Notes may bear such numbers, letters or other marks of identification or designation, may be endorsed with or have incorporated in the text thereof such legends or recitals with respect to transferability or in respect of the Note or Notes for which they are exchangeable, and may contain such provisions, specifications and descriptive words, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Indenture, as may be determined by the Company or as may be required to comply with any law or with any rule or regulation made pursuant thereto.
