Nurse Practitioner (Employer Appointed Position) “Nurse Practitioner” means a Registered Nurse appointed as such to a position approved by the employer and who is authorised by the Board under Section 95 of Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (NSW) No 86A. A Nurse Practitioner will have at least three years full-time equivalent experience in an advanced practice role and meets the national competency standards for Nurse Practitioners. A Nurse Practitioner functions autonomously and operates at a level of nursing that uses extended and expanded skills, experience and knowledge assessment, planning, implementation, diagnosis and evaluation of nursing care. OFFSET CREDIT/COOPERATION This Contract has been entered into in direct support of LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x international offset programs. All offset benefit credits resulting from this Contract are the sole property of LOCKHEED XXXXXX to be applied to the offset program of its choice. Non-discrimination Based on National Origin as evidenced by Limited English Proficiency The Contractor agrees to comply with the non-discrimination requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 USC Section 2000d, et seq., and with the federal guidelines promulgated pursuant to Executive Order 13166 of 2000, which require that contractors and subcontractors receiving federal funds must assure that persons with limited English proficiency can meaningfully access services. To the extent the Contractor provides assistance to individuals with limited English proficiency through the use of oral or written translation or interpretive services in compliance with this requirement, such individuals cannot be required to pay for such services.
Special Rules Regarding Related Entities and Branches That Are Nonparticipating Financial Institutions If a Finnish Financial Institution, that otherwise meets the requirements described in paragraph 1 of this Article or is described in paragraph 3 or 4 of this Article, has a Related Entity or branch that operates in a jurisdiction that prevents such Related Entity or branch from fulfilling the requirements of a participating FFI or deemed-compliant FFI for purposes of section 1471 of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code or has a Related Entity or branch that is treated as a Nonparticipating Financial Institution solely due to the expiration of the transitional rule for limited FFIs and limited branches under relevant U.S. Treasury Regulations, such Finnish Financial Institution shall continue to be in compliance with the terms of this Agreement and shall continue to be treated as a deemed- compliant FFI or exempt beneficial owner, as appropriate, for purposes of section 1471 of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code, provided that:
Extended Health Care Benefits 12.02(a) The City will provide for all employees by contract through an insurer selected by the City an Extended Health Care Plan which will provide extended health care benefits. The City shall pay one hundred per cent (100%) of the premiums, which will include any premiums payable under The Health Insurance Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended. Extended Health Care Plan (a) The Employer shall pay the monthly premium for regular employees entitled to coverage under a mutually acceptable Extended Health Care Plan.
Grievance on Layoffs and Recalls Grievances concerning layoffs and recalls shall be initiated at Step 2 of the grievance procedure.
