Common use of Nurse Practitioner Permanent Transfer Clause in Contracts

Nurse Practitioner Permanent Transfer. A Nurse Practitioner is expected to work within and throughout the community and/or population served as defined in the Collaborative Practice Agreement, none of which is considered a transfer. A transfer occurs for a Nurse Practitioner where the Nurse Practitioner changes on a permanent basis the community and/or population served. Nurse Practitioners shall only be transferred with the Nurse Practitioner’s consent.
