Common use of Object of the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Object of the Agreement. 1.1. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and in consideration of the payment by the Customer of the price and other charges set out herein, VOLVO TRUCKS provides the services described in article 2 below (the “Services”) for the vehicle(s) indicated by the Customer on Volvo Connect (the “Vehicle”).

Object of the Agreement. 1.1. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and in consideration of the payment by the Customer of the price and other charges set out herein, VOLVO TRUCKS provides the services described in article 2 0 below (the “Services”) for the vehicle(s) indicated by the Customer on Volvo Connect (the “Vehicle”).
