SUBJECT MATTER OF THE AGREEMENT. 1.1 The institution shall provide support to the participant for undertaking a mobility activity for [teaching/ training/ teaching and training] under the Erasmus+ Programme.
1.2 The participant accepts the financial support or the provision of services as specified in article 3 and undertakes to carry out the mobility activity for [teaching/ training/ teaching and training] as described in Annex I.
SUBJECT MATTER OF THE AGREEMENT. 1.1 The organisation shall provide financial support to the participant for undertaking a volunteering activity under the European Solidarity Corps Programme.
1.2 Any amendment to the agreement shall be done in writing. In case of substantial modifications, a new agreement has to be signed.
SUBJECT MATTER OF THE AGREEMENT. A European Union grant is awarded, under the terms and conditions set out in the Special Conditions, the General Conditions and the other Annexes to the Agreement, for the action entitled «PROJ_TIT» With the signature of the Agreement, the beneficiaries accept the grant and agree to implement the action, acting on their own responsibility.
SUBJECT MATTER OF THE AGREEMENT. 1. The subject matter of this Agreement is pecuniary cooperation between the parties to this Agreement in attracting international prospective students for the study at the UPJŠ FM in the English language (the "candidate"), based on and consistent with the information on the study provided to the UPJŠ FM Partner.
2. The Partner shall be committed to:
a) carry out the activities aimed at obtaining the greatest possible number of prospective students to the UPJŠ FM in the English language in any country;
SUBJECT MATTER OF THE AGREEMENT. The institution shall provide support to the participant for undertaking a mobility activity for studies under the Erasmus+ Programme.
SUBJECT MATTER OF THE AGREEMENT. The NA has decided to award a grant, under the terms and conditions set out in the Special Conditions, the General Conditions and the other Annexes to the Agreement, for the Project entitled [insert title of the project] under the Erasmus+ Programme Key Action 2: Partnerships for Cooperation, as described in Annex II.
SUBJECT MATTER OF THE AGREEMENT. The organisation shall provide support to the participant for undertaking a mobility activity under the Erasmus+ Programme. The participant accepts the support specified in article 3 and undertakes to carry out the mobility activity as described in Annex I. Amendments to the agreement shall be requested and agreed by both parties through a formal exchange by letter or by electronic message.
SUBJECT MATTER OF THE AGREEMENT. 1.1 The Member shall perform the duties of a member of the Board of Directors of the Company. The Member has the rights and duties of a member of the Board of Directors of the Company under the laws of the Czech Republic, subject to the limits set out in the Company's Articles of Association (the "Articles of Association") or in this Agreement.
1.2 The General Meeting may restrict the authority of the Member to act for and on behalf of the Company.
1.3 The place of the Member's performance of his duties under this Agreement shall be the registered office of the Company and any location required by the character or nature of the duties and tasks that relate to the performance of the office and to the interests of the Company. The Company undertakes to create, at its own cost, conditions suitable for the performance of the Member's duties, in particular with regard to technical, professional and personal requirements, at any location where the Member will perform his office. If necessary for the performance of the office and according to the needs of the Company, the Member is obliged to travel both within the Czech Republic and abroad.
1.4 The Member hereby represents and warrants to the Company that he has sufficient professional experience to perform his duties as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company under this Agreement and that he covenants to carry out his duties to the best of his ability.
