  • HOW DO I OBJECT TO THE SETTLEMENT Only Participating Class Members have the right to object to the Settlement. Before deciding whether to object, you may wish to see what Plaintiff and Defendant are asking the Court to approve. At least sixteen (16) court days before the Final Approval Hearing, scheduled for , Class Counsel and Plaintiff will file in Court (1) a Motion for Final Approval that includes, among other things, the reasons why the proposed Settlement is fair, and (2) a Motion for Attorneys’ Fees, Litigation Expenses and Service Award stating (a) the amount Class Counsel is requesting for attorneys’ fees and litigation expenses; and (b) the amount Plaintiff is requesting as a Class Representative Service Payment.   • Objections to the Settlement 7.1 Any Settlement Class Member who wishes to object to the Settlement Agreement must submit a timely and valid written notice of his or her objection (“Objection”) by the Objection Deadline (as defined herein).   • Subject to s 58 Employment Relations Xxx 0000, coverage of this employment agreement shall only apply when an individual, who meets the eligibility criteria of 1.2, advises his or her employer of their membership of STONZ.
