Settlement Benefits definition

Settlement Benefits means any Settlement Payment, the Credit Monitoring and Insurance Services, the Documented Loss Payments, the Cash Fund Payments, the Prospective Relief set forth in Sections 2 and 3 herein, and any other benefits Class Members receive pursuant to this Agreement, including non-monetary benefits and relief, the Fee Award and Costs, and Administrative Expenses.

Settlement Benefits means any Settlement Payment, the Credit Monitoring and Insurance Services, the Documented Loss Payments, the Prospective Relief set forth in Sections 2 and 3 herein, and any other benefits Settlement Class Members receive pursuant to this Agreement, including non-monetary benefits and relief, the Fee Award and Costs, and Administrative Expenses.

Settlement Benefits means the benefits provided to Settlement Class Members as set forth in Sections 3.4 through 3.6 of this Agreement.

Examples of Settlement Benefits in a sentence

• In the event the Net Settlement Fund exceeds the Approved Claims for Settlement Benefits (i.e., Credit Monitoring Services, Out-of-Pocket Losses, Lost Time, and Alternative Cash Payments), then the Residual Funds shall be paid in accordance with the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

• In the event that the total amount of Approved Claims exceeds the amount of the Net Settlement Fund, the Settlement Administrator shall pay Approved Claims for Settlement Benefits in the following order.

• Settlement Class Members can elect to make a claim for a $100 Alternative Cash Payment in lieu of the Settlement Benefits for Credit Monitoring Services, Unreimbursed Out-Pocket-Costs, and Lost Time, as outlined above in subparagraphs (i)-(iii).

• If the remaining Net Settlement Funds exceed the total amount of Approved Claims the Settlement Administrator shall pay the Settlement Benefits for all Approved Claims and disburse any Residual Funds in accordance with the provisions herein.

• In the event that Approved Claims for Settlement Benefits (i.e., Credit Monitoring Services, Out-of-Pocket Losses, Lost Time, and Alternative Cash Payments) exceeds the amount of the Net Settlement Fund, the amount to be paid for Approved Claims shall be reduced on a pro rata basis and paid in accordance with the terms and conditions in the Settlement Agreement.

More Definitions of Settlement Benefits

Settlement Benefits means the benefits that may become available to Settlement Class Members as part of the National Settlement Agreement.

Settlement Benefits means the benefits to be remitted under the terms of this Agreement to Class Members who submit a Valid Claim as specified in Section 9 of this Agreement.
