Common use of Objection Date Clause in Contracts

Objection Date. “Objection Date” means forty-five (45) days from the Class Notice Date, or a date otherwise ordered by the Court, for members of the Class to object to the Settlement Agreement’s terms or Class Counsels’ Fees and Expenses, and to submit any required statements, proof, or other materials and/or argument.
