OBJECTIONABLE CONDUCT. Tenant, their families, guests, employees, or visitors shall not engage in any conduct which makes the Leased Premises or building less fit to live in for Tenant or other occupants. Tenant shall not make or permit any disturbing noises in the Leased Premises or building or permit anything to be done that will interfere with the rights, comfort or convenience of other occupants of the building.

Tenant shall not make or permit any disturbing noises in the Leased Premises apartment or building or permit anything to be done that will interfere with the rights, comfort or convenience of other occupants of the building. Tenant shall not play a musical instrument or operate or allow to be operated audio or video equipment so as to disturb or annoy any other occupant of the building.
