Common use of Objectionable Name Clause in Contracts

Objectionable Name. Tenant’s Signage shall not include a name or logo which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an “Objectionable Name”). Landlord agrees that “Relypsa, Inc.” or “Relypsa” is not an Objectionable Name.

Landlord hereby agrees that “Relypsathe following name, Inc.” or “Relypsa” any reasonable derivation thereof, is not an Objectionable Name: "Unity Biotechnology."
