Objections to Agreement a. Class Members who wish to file objections to the proposed settlement embodied in this Agreement by the Objection Date for consideration at the Fairness Hearing must first do so in writing. To be considered, such statement must be sent to Defendants via First-Class United States mail, postage prepaid, and postmarked by the Objection Date. Defendants shall stamp the date received on the original and send copies of each objection to Settlement Class Counsel by email on a weekly basis. Defendants shall also file the date- stamped originals of any and all objections with the Clerk of Court within 3 business days after the Objection Date.

Objections to Agreement. If Customer objects to any terms and conditions of this Agreement or has any objection to the suitability of any Equipment or its acceptability for any purpose under this Agreement, Customer shall notify TRS- RENTELCO in writing of Customer’s specific objections within 72 hours after receipt of this Agreement. Any such objections shall not be binding upon TRS-RENTELCO unless received by TRS-RENTELCO within such period and TRS-RENTELCO agrees in writing to such amendments to this Agreement. The parties understand and agree that TRS-RENTELCO has the right to reject Customer’s objections to this Agreement and/or the Equipment, and TRS-RENTELCO, at its election, may terminate this Agreement. If such termination occurs, Customer immediately shall return the Equipment in good operating condition by prepaid insured shipment to the specified TRS-RENTELCO distribution center and shall pay any amounts due thereon to TRS-RENTELCO.
Objections to Agreement. Class members who wish to object to approval of this Agreement must provide notice of and explanation of their objection in writing to the Court, with copies to all Counsel, no later than forty-five (45) days after publication of the Notice described herein. Objections received by the Court after this deadline shall be deemed untimely and shall be disregarded. Only those Class members who file timely written objections shall have the right, and only if they expressly seek it in their objection, to present objections orally at the Final Approval Hearing. The parties shall respond to any objections by a date no later than fifteen (15) days prior to the Final Approval Hearing.

  • Modifications to Agreement You acknowledge that the practice of registering and administering domain names is constantly evolving; therefore, you agree that Tucows may modify this Agreement, or any other related and/or applicable agreement, as is necessary to comply with its agreements with ICANN, a registry or any other entity or individual, as well as to adjust to changing circumstances. Your continued use of the domain name registered to you will constitute your acceptance of this Agreement with any revisions. If you do not agree to any change, you may request that your domain name registration be cancelled or transferred to a different accredited registrar. You agree that such cancellation or request for transfer will be your exclusive remedy if you do not wish to abide by any change to this Agreement, or any other related and/or applicable agreement.

  • Objections to Settlement 7.7.1 Only Participating Class Members may object to the class action components of the Settlement and/or this Agreement, including contesting the fairness of the Settlement, and/or amounts requested for the Class Counsel Fees Payment, Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment and/or Class Representative Service Payment.

Such notice shall: (i) state the objecting Settlement Class Member's full name, current address, telephone number, and email address (if any); (ii) contain the objecting Settlement Class Member's original signature; (iii) set forth information identifying the objector as a Settlement Class Member, including proof that the objector is within the Settlement Class (e.g., copy of the Notice or copy of original notice of the Data Security Incident); (iv) set forth a statement of all grounds for the objection, including any legal support for the objection that the objector believes applicable; (v) identify all counsel representing the objector; (vi) state whether the objector and/or his or her counsel will appear at the Final Approval Hearing, and; (vii) contain the signature of the objector's duly authorized attorney or other duly authorized representative (if any), along with documentation setting forth such representation.

  • CONSENT TO AGREEMENT You acknowledge receipt of a copy of this Agreement. By signing the application; or by using Your Account or any Account access device; or by authorizing another to use Your Account, You agree to and accept its terms.

  • PARTIES TO AGREEMENT This agreement is between the University of Central Florida (UCF) on behalf of its Board of Trustees, for the benefit of the University of Central Florida Department of Housing and Residence Life (UCF DHRL), and any person seeking residence accommodations in any of the various UCF DHRL residences (the Student). If the Student is a minor, or suffers any incapacity affecting the Student’s legal ability to enter into a contract, the term the Student shall also include the Student’s parent or legal guardian. For special cases, the parties hereto may amend such procedures set forth herein as may be appropriate or practical under the circumstances, and Ultimus may conclusively assume that any special procedure which has been approved by the Trust does not conflict with or violate any requirements of its Declaration of Trust or then current prospectuses, or any rule, regulation or requirement of any regulatory body.

  • Technical Objections to Grievance No grievance will be defeated or denied by any minor technical objection.

Employee expressly warrants that he or she is not accepting this Agreement in reliance on any promises, representations, or inducements other than those contained herein. Modifications to this Agreement or the Plan can be made only in an express written contract executed by a duly authorized officer of the Company.
