Objections to Title. Failure of Seller or Purchaser to Perform and Xxxxxx's Lien 01. Purchaser shall promptly order an examination of title and shall cause a copy of the title report to be forwarded to Seller's attorney upon receipt. Seller shall be entitled to a reasonable adjournment or adjournments of the Closing for up to 60 days or until the expiration date of any written commitment of Purchaser's Institutional Lender delivered to Purchaser prior to the scheduled date of Closing, whichever occurs first, to remove any defects in or objections to title noted in such title report and any other defects or objections which may be disclosed on or prior to the Closing Date.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, a copy of the title report or any updates thereto shall be deemed sufficient notice of any and all title objections.
