Obligation for Future Projects. Subject to the requirements, terms and conditions of the Commitment and this Lease, Landlord has committed to finance additional assisted living facilities to be developed by Tenant, Sterling or an Affiliate ("Tenant Projects"). Landlord's obligation to provide financing for each Tenant Project is subject to the satisfaction of Landlord's due diligence requirements and the closing conditions set forth in the Commitment.
