Obligation List. A list will be created and maintained from year to year of employees who are laid off or placed in a reduced assignment because of a reduction in force. Employees will remain on the list until he/she has been returned to his/her original bracket. Employees who refuse a recall position to his/her original classification and bracket will be removed from the list.
