Common use of Obligation to Brokers Clause in Contracts

Obligation to Brokers. Except for obligations to Platform Brokerage as set forth on Schedule 5(b), Purchaser has not incurred any obligations for the payment of any broker’s commission, finder’s fee, or any other similar obligation relating to this Agreement or otherwise due upon the consummation of the transactions provided for in this Agreement.

Obligation to Brokers. Except for obligations to Platform Brokerage as set forth on Schedule 5(b4(h), Purchaser Seller has not incurred any obligations for the payment of any broker’s commission, finder’s fee, or any other similar obligation relating to this Agreement or otherwise due upon the consummation of the transactions provided for in this Agreement.

Except for obligations to Platform Brokerage as set forth on Schedule 5(b4(m), Purchaser Seller has not incurred any obligations for the payment of any broker’s commission, finder’s fee, or any other similar obligation relating to this Agreement or otherwise due upon the consummation of the transactions provided for in this Agreement.
