Obligation to comply with Aboriginal Heritage Act. (a) The Parties must at all times comply with the Aboriginal Heritage Act and, for the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this YPSHA purports to authorise any act or omission that would be in breach of the Aboriginal Heritage Act.
