Obligation to Direct the Flow of System Waste. The Authority is obligated to accept all System Waste committed by the Parties, pursuant to Section 11.1, and must cause such System Waste to be directed from the designated System receiving facilities and delivered to appropriate sites for processing or disposal in compliance with the Master Plan and applicable law.
