Obligation to Drill. Chesapeake shall, subject to the terms of this Article II, drill or cause to be drilled, or participate as a non-operator in the drilling of, such number of Development Xxxxx as is necessary to achieve the Total Drilling Target on or prior to June 30, 2016.
