Obligation to Employ. Nothing in the representations or warranties contained herein shall be construed as an obligation or commitment of Buyer, Surviving Corporation or any Affiliate of either corporation to employ or continue to employ any employee, officer or director of the Company or otherwise assume any liability, including liabilities for salary, benefits, pension, stock options (including, without limitation, any obligation under the Company Option Plan), severance or other benefit plans of any employee, officer or director of the Company.
