Common use of Obligation to Employ Clause in Contracts

Obligation to Employ. Nothing in the representations or warranties contained herein shall be construed as an obligation or commitment of Buyer, the Company or any Subsidiary or Affiliate of any of them to employ or continue to employ any employee, officer or director of the Company or otherwise assume any liability, including liabilities for salary, benefits, pension, stock options, severance or other benefit plans of any employee, officer or director of the Company after Closing.
