Common use of Obligation to Extradite Clause in Contracts

Obligation to Extradite. The Contracting States agree to extradite to each other, pursuant to the provisions of this Treaty, persons sought for prosecution or persons who have been convicted of an extraditable offense by the authorities in the Requesting State.

Obligation to Extradite.
