Obligation to Minimize Borrowing and Lending. All B&L Users shall, when submitting their ReqACDS as part of the AP Process, shall comply with the requirements of the TAC, the Annual Plan Criteria and any Terminal Operator issued AP instructions in relation to the timing of AP LNG Cargos.
