Obligation to Notify Change. In the event that any of the representations or warranties made / given by a Party ceases to be true or stands changed, the Party who had made such representation or given such warranty shall promptly notify the other of the same. In the event that any occurrence or circumstance comes to the attention of either Party that renders any of its aforesaid representations or warranties untrue or incorrect, such Party shall immediately notify the other Party of the same. Such notification shall not have the effect of remedying any breach of the representation or warranty that has been found to be untrue or incorrect nor shall it adversely affect or waive any right, remedy or obligation of either Party under this Agreement.
