Obligation to Notify Parents. It is the policy of the school to notify the parents of any student who is an alleged target of bullying, harassment, intimidation, cyberbullying or retaliation within three business days after the date the act is reported and to notify the parents of any student who may have been accused in such behavior within five business days after the act is reported.
