Common use of Obligation to Provide Notices Clause in Contracts

Obligation to Provide Notices. Seller agrees to promptly provide Purchaser with copies of any and all notices which Seller receives from and after the Effective Date concerning (i) any proposed or threatened condemnation of the Property, (ii) any alleged violations of the Property with respect to applicable governmental laws or requirements, (iii) any litigation filed or threatened against Seller or the Property, or (iv) any other matter that adversely affects, or potentially could adversely affect, the Property.

Obligation to Provide Notices. Seller agrees to promptly provide Purchaser with copies of any and all notices which Seller receives from and after the Effective Date concerning (i) any proposed or threatened condemnation of the Property, (ii) any alleged violations of the Property with respect to applicable governmental laws or requirements, or (iii) any litigation filed or threatened against Seller or the Property, or (iv) any other matter that adversely affects, or potentially could adversely affect, the Property.

Seller agrees to promptly provide Purchaser with copies of any and all notices which Seller receives from and after the Effective Date concerning (i) any proposed or threatened condemnation of the Property, (ii) any alleged violations of the Property with respect to applicable governmental laws or requirements, (iii) any litigation filed or threatened against Seller or the Property, or (iv) any other matter that adversely affects, or potentially could adversely affect, the PropertyProperty or Seller’s ability to perform its obligations hereunder.

Seller agrees to promptly shall provide Purchaser with copies of any and all written notices which Seller receives from and may receive after the Effective Date concerning any of the following: (i) any proposed or threatened condemnation of the Property, ; (ii) any alleged violations notice of violation issued by any Governmental Authorities having jurisdiction over or affecting the Real Property with respect to applicable governmental laws or requirements, the business of Seller; or (iii) any litigation filed or credibly threatened against Seller or the Property, or (iv) any other matter that adversely affects, or potentially could adversely affect, the Property.

Such Seller agrees to promptly shall provide Purchaser with copies of any and all written notices which Seller receives from and it may receive after the Effective Date concerning any of the following: (i) any proposed or threatened condemnation of the Property, ; (ii) any alleged violations notice of violation issued by any Governmental Authorities having jurisdiction over or affecting its Real Property or the Property with respect to applicable governmental laws business of such Seller; or requirements, (iii) any litigation filed or credibly threatened against such Seller or the Property, or (iv) any other matter that adversely affects, or potentially could adversely affect, the its Property.

Seller agrees to promptly provide Purchaser with copies of any and all notices which Seller receives from and after the Effective Date concerning (i) any proposed or threatened condemnation of the Property, (ii) any alleged violations of the Property with respect to applicable governmental laws or requirements, (iii) any litigation filed or threatened against Seller or the Property, or (iv) any other matter that adversely affectsnotice of defaults from tenants, or potentially could adversely affect, the Property(v) notice of defaults under any third-party contracts.

Seller agrees to promptly provide Purchaser Buyer with copies of any and all notices which Seller receives from and after the Effective Date concerning (i) any proposed or threatened condemnation of the Property, (ii) any alleged violations of the Property with respect to applicable governmental laws or requirements, (iii) any litigation filed or threatened against Seller or the Property, or (iv) any other matter that adversely affects, or potentially could adversely affect, the Property.

Seller agrees to promptly provide Purchaser with copies of any and all notices which Seller or the Company receives from and after the Effective Date concerning (i) any proposed or threatened condemnation of the Property, (ii) any alleged violations of the Property with respect to applicable governmental laws or requirements, or (iii) any litigation filed or threatened against Seller Seller, the Company or the Property, or (iv) any other matter that adversely affects, or potentially could adversely affect, the Property.
