Obligation To Reperform; Liabilities. In the event of any breach of this Agreement by any member of the Provider Group (or any third parties providing Services under this Agreement) with respect to the provision of any Services (with respect to which the Provider can reasonably be expected to reperform in a commercially reasonable manner), the Provider shall (a) promptly correct or cause to be corrected in all material respects such error, defect or breach or reperform in all material respects such Services at the request of Recipient and at the sole cost and expense of the Provider and (b) subject to the limitations set forth in Sections 6.01 and 6.02, reimburse Recipient for Liabilities attributable to such breach by such member of the Provider Group (or any third parties providing Services under this Agreement). The remedy set forth in this Section 6.03 shall be the sole and exclusive remedy of Recipient for any such breach of this Agreement. Any request for reperformance in accordance with this Section 6.03 by Recipient must be in writing and specify in reasonable detail the particular breach, and such request must be made no more than one (1) month from the date such breach occurred.
