Obligation to Retain Professional Services. In addition to the geotechnical engineer, Design Build Entity shall retain other professionals to perform all services necessary to complete the Work for the Project. Such services shall include, without limitation, reports, test borings, test pits, soil bearing values, percolation tests, water pollution and other environmental tests, ground corrosion and resistivity tests, and other necessary operations for determining subsoil, air, and water conditions with reports and appropriate professional interpretations and recommendations thereof. All engineers and professionals and shall be appropriately licensed under the laws of the state of California for the Work being performed.
