Obligation to Substitute Obsolete Spare Parts. In the event that, prior to delivery of the first Aircraft, any Spare Part purchased by Buyer from XXXX is rendered obsolete or unusable due to the redesign of the Aircraft or of any accessory, equipment or part thereto (other than a redesign at Buyer's request), XXXX shall deliver to Buyer new and usable Spare Parts in substitution for such obsolete or unusable Spare Parts upon return of such Spare Parts to XXXX by Buyer. XXXX shall credit Buyer's account with XXXX with the price paid by Buyer for any such obsolete or unusable Spare Part and shall invoice Buyer for the purchase price of any such substitute Spare Part delivered to Buyer.
