Obligation to tell the Buyer. 9.3 The Supplier must tell the Buyer immediately, and in writing, if any Conflict of Interest arises in relation to the Services or this Contract. If a Conflict of Interest does arise the Parties must discuss, agree and record in writing whether it can be managed and, if so, how it will be managed.
