Common use of Obligation to Update Schedule A Clause in Contracts

Obligation to Update Schedule A. Company Stockholder agrees that in connection with any acquisitions or Transfers (to the extent permitted) of Subject Securities by Company Stockholder, Company Stockholder will, as promptly as practicable following the completion of thereof, notify Parent in writing of such acquisition or Transfer and the Parties will update Schedule A to reflect the effect of such acquisition or Transfer.

Obligation to Update Schedule A. Each Company Stockholder agrees that in connection with any acquisitions or Transfers (to the extent permitted) of Subject Securities by any Company Stockholder, such Company Stockholder will, as promptly as practicable following the completion of thereof, notify Parent in writing of such acquisition or Transfer and the Parties will update Schedule A to reflect the effect of such acquisition or Transfer.

Company Parent Stockholder agrees that in connection with any acquisitions or Transfers (to the extent permitted) of Subject Securities by Company Parent Stockholder, Company Parent Stockholder will, as promptly as practicable following the completion of thereof, notify Parent Company in writing of such acquisition or Transfer and the Parties will update Schedule A to reflect the effect of such acquisition or Transfer.
