Common use of Obligation to Update Schedule A Clause in Contracts

Obligation to Update Schedule A. The Parent, the Shareholder and each Investor shall, as promptly as practicable following the completion of any acquisition or Transfer of any security of the Company or any Derivative Instrument, notify the Company in writing of such acquisition or Transfer and provide the Company with any information or materials with respect to such acquisition or Transfer (including the amount acquired or Transferred and the identity of the counterparty to such acquisition or Transfer) reasonably requested by the Company. Each of the parties hereto agrees that in connection with any acquisitions or Transfers of securities of the Company in accordance with the terms hereof, the parties hereto will, as promptly as practicable following the completion of such acquisition or Transfer, modify Schedule A to reflect the effect of such acquisition or Transfer.
