Obligation Upon Termination of Employment. Upon the termination of this Agreement and Executive's employment with the Corporation, the Corporation shall have no further liability or obligation whatsoever to Executive or his personal representative, estate, heirs, spouse, beneficiaries or any other person claiming by, under or through Executive, except as follows:

Obligation Upon Termination of Employment. When Executive’s employment with the Company ends, Executive shall promptly deliver to the Company all records and any compositions, articles, devices, apparatus and other items that disclose, describe or embody Confidential Information, including all copies, reproductions and specimens of the Confidential Information in Executive’s possession or under Executive’s control, regardless of who prepared them or the manner in which they exist and will promptly deliver to the Company any other property of the Company in Executive’s possession, whether or not Confidential Information. The rights of the Company set forth in this Section 7 are in addition to any rights of the Company with respect to protection of trade secrets or confidential or proprietary information arising out of the common or statutory laws of the State of Minnesota.

  • Compensation Upon Termination of Employment If the Executive’s employment hereunder is terminated, in accordance with the provisions of Article III hereof, and except for any other rights or benefits specifically provided for herein to be effective following the Executive’s period of employment, the Company will provide compensation and benefits to the Executive only as follows:

  • Rights Upon Termination of Employment The terms which regulate the treatment of the International Participant's Restricted Stock Units upon termination of employment are set out in the Plan and in the Award Documents. In summary, upon the International Participant's termination of employment for any reason other than death, Disability or Retirement, any unvested Restricted Stock Units shall be forfeited and cancelled on the date of such termination of employment.
