Obligations Accrued Clause Samples

The "Obligations Accrued" clause defines that any duties, responsibilities, or liabilities that have arisen under an agreement up to a certain point—such as the date of termination or expiration—remain enforceable even after the agreement ends. In practice, this means that if a party owes payment, has delivered goods, or has incurred any other obligation before the contract concludes, those obligations must still be fulfilled. This clause ensures that parties cannot escape their responsibilities simply because the contract has ended, thereby protecting both sides from unresolved claims or unfinished business.
Obligations Accrued. Expiration or termination of this Agreement or termination of any Program shall not relieve the Parties of any obligation accruing prior to such expiration or termination.
